When submitting your ticket, please follow the reporting best practices below:
1. Submit one support ticket per issue. For a prompt resolution from our support team, avoid including multiple issues on one ticket.
2. Describe the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible.
3. Outline the steps that led to the issue you experienced.
4. Share the URL where the issue occurred and can be evaluated.
5. Include any screenshots or screencasts in your report. For screencasts, be brief (1 to 2 min) in your explanation of the issue to ensure timely feedback.
Please note: Once you submit your ticket, the messaging center will open where you can view your inquiry. Monitor the Messaging Center for any communication with the information technologist assigned to your support ticket.
